Kelsey Timmerman

Kelsey Timmerman is a freelance writer who focuses on travel, the outdoors, adventure, and what it means to be Touron (moron + tourist) in worlds of clashing cultures. Born and raised in Ohio, he holds a BA in Anthropology from Miami University. Kelsey wrote the syndicated column Travelin’ Light for five years.He lives with his wife and daughter in Muncie, Indiana.

Journalist and blogger Kelsey Timmerman decided to visit the countries and factories where his five favorite items of clothing were made and meet the workers. He knew the basics of globalized labor—the forces, processes, economics, and politics at work.
